El presente a\u00f1o 2023 deber\u00eda ser para los argentinos uno de prosperidad y festejo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La continuaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Deber\u00edamos estar todos gozando un veranito de buenos ingresos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En su lugar sufrimos inflaci\u00f3n, desempleo, sueldos de U$D 200 mensuales y ausencia de reservas en el BCRA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las autoridades deber\u00edan explicarnos a todos qu\u00e9 hicieron con ese dinero:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">D\u00f3nde est\u00e1n los 88.446 millones de d\u00f3lares que obtuvieron los argentinos que trabajan y exportan,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por qu\u00e9 los argentinos no gozamos de la estabilidad monetaria de nuestros vecinos Uruguay, Brasil y Paraguay, los cuales tienen las mismas condiciones internacionales favorables que nosotros,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por qu\u00e9 las reservas del Banco Central no crecen como s\u00ed lo hacen las de los pa\u00edses vecinos los cuales gozan del mismo ciclo propicio internacional al igual que nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Usted y yo tenemos las respuestas a todas estas preguntas. Eso no quita que las autoridades tengan la obligaci\u00f3n de rendir cuentas y nosotros tengamos el derecho a pedirlas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dejemos esta triste realidad y vamos a los BRICS.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Los BRICS<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las <strong>exportaciones <\/strong>totales del pa\u00eds fueron por todo concepto y a todos los pa\u00edses: U$D 88.446 MM, como ya indiqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los BRICS constituyen un grupo econ\u00f3mico de pa\u00edses integrado por Brasil, Rusia, India, China y Sud\u00e1frica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las exportaciones de Argentina al grupo BRICS ascendieron en el a\u00f1o 2022 a la suma de U$D 26.154 MM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El destino de las exportaciones Argentina, entonces, es 29,6% a los BRICS y 70,4% al Resto del nosotros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Argentina import\u00f3 durante 2022 por U$D 81.523 MM por todo concepto (100%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De los BRICS import\u00f3 U$D 35.817 MM, un 43,9% del total.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As\u00ed que los n\u00fameros quedan: BRICS, 43,9%; Resto del Mundo, 56,1%.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 exportamos?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El 75% de nuestras exportaciones a Brasil se concentran en muy pocos productos: veh\u00edculos y autopartes (40%), trigo (11%), combustibles y lubricantes (5%), malta y cebada cervecera (5%).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"735\" height=\"490\" sucede con China. Cuatro productos concentran el 75% de las exportaciones a ese pa\u00eds. Porotos de soja 36%, carne bovina deshuesada y congelada 26%, cebada en grano 8%, sorgo 6%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En el caso de India la concentraci\u00f3n en pocos productos es a\u00fan mayor: aceite de soja 68%, aceite de girasol 15%, \u201cconfidencial\u201d (SIC) 10%, cebada cervecera 1%, harina y pellets de soja 1%. El resto de los productos se reparten el 5% restante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rusia es un comprador menos importante dentro del grupo. Actualmente exportamos poco a ese pa\u00eds que supo ser un gran cliente nuestro. Productos principales: trigo 24%, \u201cconfidencial\u201d 51%, trozos y despojos de gallos y gallinas 5%, rabos de bovinos congelados 2%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 importamos de los BRICS?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De Brasil: Veh\u00edculos, autopartes, carrocer\u00edas 22%, tractores 2%, hierro y pellets de hierro 5%, fuel oil, lubricantes y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica 4%. Todo el resto de los productos se dispersa, no llega cada uno de ellos al 1%. Abundan insumos qu\u00edmicos para la industria, excavadoras, motores, calzado, y productos tropicales como caf\u00e9, cacao y derivados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">China es el principal origen de nuestras importaciones. Supera a Brasil. Los productos son diversos. S\u00f3lo mencionar\u00e9 los principales: partes de computadoras, circuitos, etc., partes de electrodom\u00e9sticos, generadores el\u00e9ctricos 12%, paneles solares 10%; motos en partes 1%, agroqu\u00edmicos 7%. El eje de nuestro comercio exterior se desplaz\u00f3 desde Europa un siglo atr\u00e1s (en ca\u00edda libre desde la posguerra a hoy) hacia los BRICS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La novedad es la mayor relevancia de EEUU ausente en casi toda nuestra historia, con algunas excepciones memorables [1], al punto de ser hoy el 3\u00ba en importancia. Bienvenido sea. Pero no es el tema de hoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A nosotros nos conviene ingresar al bloque con quien hoy tenemos nuestro principal v\u00ednculo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mal nos ha pagado Europa. Luego de haberles matado el hambre toda la guerra y que el Reino Unido declarara el <em>default<\/em> con el oro que ten\u00edamos depositado en el Banco de Inglaterra, prohibieron nuestros productos. No a nosotros en especial. La misma afrenta sufrieron Canad\u00e1, EEUU, Australia, NZ y Uruguay. Mordieron la mano que les dio de comer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Que toda nuestra clase pol\u00edtica siga rindi\u00e9ndole pleites\u00eda a los europeos hoy, como si fuera 1920, es incomprensible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Saltan a cada capricho europeo (Cambio clim\u00e1tico, Amazonas, Acuerdo de Par\u00eds, <em>Global Compact \u2014<\/em>Acuerdo Migratorio\u2014), como si nuestro destino estuviera atado al de ellos. Se\u00f1ores, no lo est\u00e1. Ese barco ya parti\u00f3. Hace d\u00e9cadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con el siglo empez\u00f3 un mundo nuevo. Lleno de esperanza y buenas perspectivas para nosotros. Se dio vuelta la taba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nuestro gran problema hoy no es ni el entorno internacional, ni el deterioro de los t\u00e9rminos de intercambio \u2014todo lo contrario\u2014, ni la falta de divisas, todo lo contrario. Todos esos problemas se fueron con el siglo XX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nuestra dificultad actual es que toda la dirigencia pol\u00edtica, toda, vive en el siglo XX, con los prejuicios de esa \u00e9poca. Lamentablemente incluyo a Javier Milei, quien aporta ideas nuevas en varios rubros excepto en relaciones exteriores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La mentalidad desfasada de quienes toman decisiones hoy es lo que impide que aprovechemos este ciclo largo <strong><em>TOTALMENTE<\/em><\/strong> favorable a nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Es nuestra oportunidad para:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">aumentar las exportaciones del pa\u00eds,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">mejorar el nivel de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">invertir en infraestructura,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">tener pleno empleo,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">pertrechar a nuestras FFAA,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">recuperar las Islas Malvinas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Necesitamos deshacernos de esta clase pol\u00edtica y poner en su lugar una que sea inteligente, formada, que entienda que el viento cambi\u00f3 y que sepa llevarnos por estos nuevos rumbos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Estemos tranquilos: enfrentamos un ciclo largo (no menos de 50 a\u00f1os) propicio para el pa\u00eds.
